I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Nassau County Long Island specializing in couples, anxiety, depression, and body image concerns among adolescents, young adults, couples and adults. My role is to help you to gain insight and awareness while we work towards achieving your goals together. 

 

I obtained a Masters in Mental Health Counseling  at Alfred University, a Masters in School Counseling from St. Johns University, and a Bachelors degree from Syracuse University. I have over 20 years of experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including schools, day treatment programs, and out patients settings in Manhattan and Long Island. I am trained in individual, family, and couples therapy and I also have significant experience working with teens, couples, adults and new mothers as they navigate life transitions.
